Keith began his engineering career at Mirrlees Blackstone Diesels Ltd in 1976 where he spent 9 years working in various departments.
In 1986, Keith secured a position at a local grinding company. Whilst working for this company, he was approached by another local firm. They required a qualified person to run and manage their chrome plating and grinding facility.
In 1989, Keith opened Heywood & Palmer Engineering Ltd. Since then the company has grown to the successful precision grinding firm it is today.
Today Keith is the managing Director here at Heywood and Palmer and uses his 40 years of engineering experience to lead the company from strength to strength.
